Co-founder/Registered Nurse
Holly Owens, BSN, RN
Holly developed an interest in healthcare, in particular nursing, at a young age when she helped her father stitch a wound due to a lack of health insurance. This experience sparked her interest in a career in nursing. Over the course of 22 years, she has built a diverse and comprehensive skill set, starting as a CNA.
Holly obtained her Nursing Degree from Lane Community College and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Oregon Health and Science University. Her career has spanned various areas within healthcare, from medical/surgical and geriatrics to emergency medicine, women's care, acute rehabilitation, and pre/post operative care.
Holly's personal connection to healthcare challenges goes beyond her professional life. Her mother's experience with chemotherapy and successful remission emphasized the importance of combining conventional and unconventional approaches along with a focus on holistic modalities. Holly strongly believes that medical guidance and care from nurses during difficult times, such as the one her mother endured, can make all the difference in the healing process. She understands the importance of giving peace of mind to the patients she cares for and their families. Holly's personal experience has made her a more empathetic and compassionate healthcare provider, and she is committed to providing the best care possible to her patients.
Apart from her professional life, Holly enjoys traveling, visiting family, attending live music, brunch with the girls, and sharing in the sweetness of life with her husband, two sons, two lizards, and her French Bulldog.
